I hope you enjoyed the Mario Movie, because I sure did! So this Kuji is release to commemorate the release of the Mario Movie. I believe Mario Kuji usually have some nice stuff, so let’s check them out!
Prize A (2 pieces)

We kick things off with a Mystery Box Cushion! The Mystery boxes are a classic in the Mario Franchise, it allows one to get coins, power up or life! The Cushion is 25cm tall 25 cm wide 25 cm long! So it’s a perfect cube to display around your place to show your liking for Mario! It’s a very fitting top Prize because it represents Mario a lot, it’s fairly unique so I think this will be the prize to look out for when you play!
Prize B (3 pieces)

Next we have another Iconic item in the form of a Red Mushroom Plush! I think this is also an item that Represents Mario well and the Mushroom is too cute to ignore! It’s 30cm tall, and why it didn’t get a higher grade is because it’s not as wide as we want it to be, it’s a standard cushion, with very small width, I was hoping they could give us a wider Mushroom cushion, I mean it’s fun to bring it around like how Mario did right! Anyway 3 to go around, iconic prize, no complaints!

Next we have Cups, these are nice looking cups featuring Mario, Luigi, Toad, Peach, Bowser and The Mario Brothers! The cups are 11cm tall, definitely usable in their own ways! It’s also nice when you place all 5 characters together, if you don’t intend to collect all 5, the Mario Brothers design would be ideal to choose! Good looking and usable, all good!

Next we have Towels, they are fairly simple in design, but features the power ups in the Mario Franchise. We have Red Mushroom, Blue Mushroom, Mystery Box, Ice Flower, Fire Flower and Invincible Star. I think They could have make the mushroom, box and flowers a different cut out like the one they did for the star. I mean that would make it unique and look nicer, also more designs wouldn’t harm. I think it’s not bad, just that it could definitely be better! Also it’s a design towel, so not meant for usage!

Last prize to pull, wow, we are at the end already, we have small plates. Each design has their corresponding color, we have Mario, Luigi, Mario Bros, the 4 main character, Bowser and Mystery Boxes. I think if you are not collecting the main 4 characters or the Mario bros will be good to display alone. If you pull more than 1 then Mario, Luigi and Bowser would be a good option, anyway it’s 10cm in diameter, the standard plate size for Kuji, so usable and durable !
Last Prize
Prize Rating:
The Last Prize is a unique prize in the form of the Invincible Star Cushion! It is 40cm tall, taller than the other top prizes and it sure is an iconic item of the franchise! What I like is that it shows the shininess of the Star but I think can be better is that the back should be the shiny part of the star rather than the movie logo. Anyway it’s a great display piece and definitely appealing. If you want it you will have to buyout! You can look for a 6- buyout or 12- with one other top prize left!
Double Chance
Prize Rating:
Woah, the double chance is an exclusive prize! So this Pipe Cushion is a prize is only available via Double Chance! So you will have to win it to claim this prize! It’s a 50cm long cushion featuring Mario and Luigi at the end of the pipe, it’s an iconic prize to display. That being said, it’s not so essential for collection, so don’t play too hard to get this, it’s not easy to win Double Chance too.

I think this set has too little variety of prizes, in terms of the number of different prizes and the designs for each prize, for a Movie set I do think they can make more prizes and designs!

Well anything you pull will be a good movie franchise to keep!

Conclusion
An average set, not for the wrong reason, I think the prizes are appealing in their way and fun, just not the best representation of the Movie, definitely not the worst, but of course, more things can be improved. Nevertheless, you should play a few tickets to get some nice stuff if you are a fan of Mario!

- Prize A Mystery Box Plush: An Iconic item of the franchise and also actual dimension, what’s not to like about this!
- Last Prize Invincible Star Plush: Also another iconic item if you really like Mario.
Nice to have:
- Prize B Mushroom Plush: An iconic prize but not actual dimension, nice to have but don’t spend too much effort to collect even if you are a fan, I hope one day they gave us one that is actual dimension!
- Prize C Cups: You can aim for all 6 or just the few that I mentioned, it’s not hard to collect given that they are not blinded!
- Prize E Mini Plates: Same reason as above, because they are not blinded so easy to get all the designs, they are also nice to be displayed!
- Prize D Star Towel: A good replacement for the Last Prize if you really like it but don’t want to buy out!
