We have our very first Disney Villains Kuji set! All along we only have the Disney Princesses and some Toy Story, Winnie the Pooh counterparts, but never focuses on the villains, so glad to see them appearing as a set on their own! This set is Ichiban Kuji Online exclusive so to play and obtain the prizes, you will need:
- Creating an account in Ichiban Kuji Online website
- Have a Japan address to ship the prizes from Bandai to there and eventually ship from there to your own home
Or you can buy the things online in the marketplace, but regardless let’s check out the prizes!
Prize A (2 pieces) / Double Chance
Top Prize Appearance: Debut!

We kick things off with one of the more iconic villainess, Maleficent! She looks great here, her figure is the same size as the Disney Princesses figures, so you can put them side by side! Her figure looks great, she stands at 14cm tall and holds her signature staff and have a base with effect and a weapon effect as well, her sculpt is gorgeous so definitely the prize that everyone is aiming for!
She is also a double chance prize, but the Japan double chance is not easy to get and you need an actual Japan address to participate, if you do, hope you can win, if you don’t, no worries, you can try to play again to win her!
Prize B (2 pieces)
Prize Rating:
Next we have jumbo towel for the big prize, so the official prize name is a visual towel, so it’s not meant for you to use, it’s purely for display! The art is amazing, it features all the main villains in Disney movies, from Hades to Ursula to Cruella, Scar, Maleficent, Jafar and Evil Queen. They each have their unique color and the background is black and there is a bad influence signature on the bottom, definitely looks super good. If you are unable to pull Prize A, then this wouldn’t be too bad! It’s 100cm long, so not small at all!
Prize C (4 pieces)

Distribution: 4 x 1 piece each.

We are still at the top prize section! Next we have Plush toy, if you pull this prize, you can pick from 4 possible charatcers: Scar, Lago, Floatsam and Jetsam. If you want to be mainstream about things, then Scar would be a good option, Lago is cute as well, I believe he is the only one in actual size. The eels should be collected as a pair so if you only have one prize C to choose, don’t take any of the eels, you will feel incomplete! The plush are 17cm tall, the eels being 23cm long. Definitely not a bad prize! If you have a specific designs or a preference, do check for availability before playing!
Prize D (22 pieces)

Distribution: 2 x 3 pieces each. 8 x 2 pieces each.

Next, we moved into the small prizes, we have towels. Not a fan of it, but the designs is classy, they do have a lot of different villains and each one of them have their unique design, ranging from Evil Queen to Maleficent, Cruella, Hades, Honest John, Dr Facilier, Scar, Eels, Hyenas, Ursula. There’s quite a good range of villains, the problem with this is that you are not able to choose your designs, so you will get one randomly when you receive the prizes, but no worries, the marketplace will be filled with them if you ever need to look for a particular piece.
Prize E (20 pieces)

Distribution: 4 x 5 pieces each.
Prize Rating:
Next we have plates and they look great. We have Queen of Hears, Maleficent, Cruella and Gaston as the design to choose from. They are 10cm wide and they can be use as a display piece or to put your side dishes or just act as a coffee or tea coaster. The quality of small plates are usually good, so I expect this to be good as well. Nothing bad upon pulling it, it’s not blinded so you can pick but if you play a lot I think you should be able to get all 4 easily, I do hope there are more designs though.
Prize F (20 pieces)

Distribution: 2 x 4 pieces each. 4 x 3 pieces each.
Prize Rating:
The last small prize in the list we have metal charms and how long has it been since we have metal charms! We usually get rubber ones, so a metal one is definitely good for a change! It’s also very pretty with the detailed coloring for each character! We have Evil Queen, Maleficent, Cruella, Ursula, Jafar and Scar and you can pick your designs too! I believe all will be available at the early stage so feel free to choose! Definitely an appealing prize, also hope there are more designs.
Last Prize
Prize Rating:
The last prize is also a visual jumbo towel. It’s also 100cm long but instead of the main villains and the signature, the Last Prize design consist of a lot more villains in their photo frame, I do prefer a figure over anything else for the last prize, so can’t say I am super excited, but at least it’s a nice prize. If you want this, you have to go for a buyout, you can look for a 6- buyout or 13- with A inside.

Big Prize
Ranging from a Magnificent figure to cute plush and nice visual art, that’s a good prize list.
Small Prize
Standard nice and appealing small prizes that are not too bad.
Last Prize
A nice towel but will rule in favor for a figure.
Variety of Prize
I do think they can come up with more prizes and more designs for the plates and metal charms, there are so many villains in Disney movies.
Odds of big prizes
70 tickets and 8 big prizes, a nice odds in our favor.
Value for Money
You will get a good Disney merchandise so nothing too bad here, the worse is a towel, but not the end of the world.
Collector’s Value

Conclusion
A nice exclusive Kuji and a hooray for any Disney Villains fan, the set has nice things in general, but not enough to get someone to play hard about it to collect. Maybe another figure will be nice. Your standard Disney set, just that this is exclusive.

Recommendation
3 tickets for a chance at the top prizes, if not get some nice plates or charm or a random towel. Don’t play too much unless the odds is good, the prizes are not expensive in the marketplace despite being exclusive.
Collectibles?
The Real Deal:
- Prize A Maleficent: Well this is the figure that everyone will want if they play this set, maybe it’s a start to a yearly Disney Villain collection, but good to keep one if you intend to start a collection!
Nice to have:
- Prize C Plush: Having at least one will be nice as I think they might come up with more characters in the future, they will also be packaged in a way where you can display them, so you can keep them sealed!
- Prize F Metal Charm: If there is another Disney Villains set, I think they will use similar design on new characters, so will suggest you to get all 6 first, you can form a charm collection!
- Prize B or Last Prize Towel: Well if you happen to pull this, it’s a good item to keep, but don’t spend too much just for them, they will look nice and I think the next time they do a Disney Villain set, they probably wouldn’t have jumbo towels.
Collect only if you don’t already have: None
Skippable:
- Prize D Towels: Making it random and blinded is not helping, but even if you get all 10 designs, it’s for your own liking, no need to collect all 10 as well, they all have different designs to display nicely together.
- Prize E Plates: Good item to use, no need for collection.
