Fun fact, did you know in 2022, Evangelion have more Kuji released than Slime and Demon Slayer! Without further ado, let’s check out the prizes!

For past Kuji prizes, do visit Ichiban Kuji Evangelion Prize Index List

Prize A (1 piece)

Top Prize Appearance: 10th

Prize Rating:

Rating: 4.5 out of 5.

It’s no surprised the Eva Unit 01 is featured once again, but that’s not a bad thing. I mean if you get an Eva Unit in a set, that’s like one of the best thing you can hope for! The figure line is Mega Impact, so it stands at a massive 29cm tall! Good looking figure, unique piece as well, so no harm pulling it!

Prize B (1 piece)/ Double Chance

Top Prize Appearance: Debut!

Prize Rating:

Rating: 5 out of 5.

Next is what everyone is waiting for! Fourth Angel makes its debut by being the first Angel featured in the Kuji series! Nice figure and also Mega Impact and stands at 25cm tall. You definitely want to get your hands on this piece! I think more Angels will be out in the future so get your hands on this now if you have the chance to!

Fortunately, the double chance prize is Prize B! So if you are unable to pull it, you get one more chance at getting this figure!

Prize C (2 pieces)

Top Prize Appearance: 8th

Prize Rating:

Rating: 4 out of 5.

Next we get to the pilots. The figures are standard Kuji figure, but they are not bad as well, Kaworu looks decent, he has an outfit that differs from previous release so if you like it, you can collect it as well. Not the main attraction of the set, but it’s a figure so I wouldn’t complain too much about it. Figure is 21cm tall.

Prize D (2 pieces)

Top Prize Appearance: Debut!

Prize Rating:

Rating: 4.5 out of 5.

Misato appears as an Acrylic Stand in the previous set, so great to see her being featured as a figure in this set! This is her debut figure and she looks gorgeous! If you want to collect all the human characters, then this would be a good time to do so! There are 2 pieces to go around, so plenty for all our collectors! Figure stands at 21cm tall.

Prize E (2 pieces)

Top Prize Appearance: Debut!

Prize Rating:

Rating: 4.5 out of 5.

For so many years we finally get a Pen Pen figure! He looks so adorable here, if you have been collecting all the Eva Units and pilots, you will not want to miss out on this! 9cm tall figure but definitely worth being added into your collection!

Prize F (28 pieces)

Design: 8

Distribution: 4 x 4 pieces each. 4 x 3 pieces each.

Prize Rating:

Rating: 4 out of 5.

Wow we kick start the small prizes with acrylic stands! The previous set we have the pilots and humans as designs for the acrylic stand and this time we have the Eva Units! We have all the main units from the anime and all of them look nice, what’s nice is that they are not blinded! So you can collect them while pulling for the top prizes! 13cm tall, so not small at all and plenty to go around, and you won’t feel bad upon pulling it!

Prize G (16 pieces)

Design: 8

Distribution: 8 x 2 pieces each. Blind box.

Prize Rating:

Rating: 3.5 out of 5.

Next we have saucer plates and they are the good quality kind, which also explains why there are lesser of them in the set. The designs feature the Evan Units and the Anime logo and it’s not clear at the glance of it, but once you add soy sauce onto it, you will be able to clearly see the design!

Prize H (28 pieces)

Design: 10

Distribution: 8 x 3 pieces each. 2 x 2 pieces each.

Prize Rating:

Rating: 3.5 out of 5.

Lastly, we have the folder and sticker set. The designs are amazing too, we have each Eva Unit with their pilots and 2 designs featuring 2 duos. Each prize comes with 1 A4 Folder and 2 stickers, so not that bad for a small prize!

Last Prize

Prize Rating:

Rating: 5 out of 5.

If you didn’t manage to Pull Prize B, then go for the Last Prize. It’s Fourth Angel but with double head! You might even prefer this variant! You can lookout for a 15- buyout or 20- with at least one other figures left and hopefully not many duplicated acrylic stands!

Conclusion

One of the better Kuji set we have this year and even for Eva set themselves! We have a lot of debuting characters and a series of good small prizes. There is also collectible elements so this set is a good way to close off the year with an impact!

Odds

Let’s calculate your odds to get the following with one ticket from a fresh board!

Chance to get a top prize (A to E): 8 / 80 = 10%, average

Recommendation

3 tickets for a chance at the figures and get a few acrylic stand. Or lookout for a good buyout if you just want the Fourth Angel!

Collectibles?

The Real Deal: The fourth Angel is definitely a must in this set, you can try to pull Prize B or wait for a buyout for Last Prize, either way, it’s good to get your hands on this first! Misato and Pen Pen are also debuting characters that you might want to collect as well as I think they won’t be showing up any time soon!

Nice to have: The acrylic stands are definitely a collection an Eva fan would have wanted! They are easy to collect and plenty to go around, so just get all 8 designs and you have a great Eva Acrylic stand collection!

Collect only if you don’t already have: Kaworu is not an uncommon figure, but if you like his outfit, you can get the figure from this set. Similarly Eva Unit 01 is very common, but if you haven’t got any past figures yet, you can go ahead and start here!

Skippable: The folder set and plates are nice and usable items, but serve no collection value as they will have more different designs for the same item in the future, so just collect for fun or because you like it!
