Series Sequel: 88th One Piece Kuji set! 9th in 2022
The previous Film Red set features only half of the straw hat crew so I am not surprised that we will have a part 2 set for the other half. Seems like this is the direction Bandai wants to go in the future, this also makes One Piece one of the more released series for Kuji this year, not surprised, so let’s see what they have for us this time!

Prize A (2 pieces)

We kick things off strangely without a figure but a large illustration board. It’s the cover for the film Red movie featuring Shanks, Luffy and Uta. A big display piece if you are into art, it stands at 48cm tall, 35.5cm wide so really big enough for you to showcase your love for the movie. Though most of us would prefer a figure for the top prize, still not so bad, it’s definitely a prize worth pulling and the art looks fantastic!

So we continue the Straw Hat Crew with Zorro and he looks great here with his signature 3 sword pose and a new outfit different from previous releases! If you have collected the previous 5 straw hat crew from the film red set, you will need to collect this as well. Sadly only 1 to go around, figure is 11cm tall and comes with a film red base.

Chopper is being released the most out of everyone if you include the Chopper Series figures, still he looks great here with brand new outfit and even has a big sword behind him. Though small, he is essential to your collection and might even attract some Chopper fans who only wants to get his figure. Not as small as you think, the figure stands at 10cm tall (mainly due to his hat). Also rare piece.
Prize D (1 piece)

Prize Rating:
Nico Robin is next so I think you already expect the line up which are just the remaining Straw Hat crew, nevertheless, she looks great here, with brand new outfit and a cooler figure. I am surprised that she doesn’t appear as often for a popular female character. Figure stands at 16.5cm tall, also comes with a base, actually everyone comes with the standard film red base so you can display everyone together.
Prize E (1 piece)

Prize Rating:
The biggest member of the crew, we have Franky next and he looks amazing! His outfit rocks and feels fresh compared to his previous releases and if you don’t have previous of his figure, you can collect this one! He stands at 18.5cm tall, and bulkiest amongst the rest, so definitely one of the more valued figure!
Prize F (1 piece)

Last but not the least we have Brook and he looks good too, it’s the first time he has a jumping pose so definitely feels fresh. 16.5cm tall so one of the taller ones. Good to have all 10 of the straw hat crew and if you like the film red movie, you might want to get all 10 of them!

Distribution: 7 x 3 pieces each. 1 x 2 pieces.

I am not a fan of towel but at least they weren’t featured in the previous set and they provide us with long towels so I shall be contented about it. The design looks good, each towel feature 2 characters and Chopper design looks different. Probably not the prize that you are looking for but at least they are trying to make the prize look good.

Distribution: 4 x 3 pieces each. 4 x 2 piece each.

Next we have Folder and sticker set, so as usual we are getting 2 prizes for one ticket. You get a a folder featuring 2 characters or Uta or Shank and a sticker set that correspond to them. Not bad and at least they look appealing and you won’t feel so bad upon pulling them.
Prize I (30 pieces)

Distribution: 13 x 2 pieces each. 4 x 1 piece each. Blind box.

So we have another set of Film Red Charms for this prize and we get to see the Straw Hat Crew again and some characters that didn’t appear in the previous set, so feels fresh and they look adorable, wouldn’t feel too bad about it if you were to pull them.
Last Prize / Double Chance
Prize Rating:
Sadly we are not getting a figure for the last prize but it’s okay it’s the variant of the Illustration Board in Prize A. You get a red border instead of a blue one so if you fail to pull that you can consider getting a buyout. You can look for a 5- buyout or 12- with at least one figure inside.
This is also a double chance prize so don’t lose hope, you might be able to win this!

Conclusion
Compared to the previous set, this set is a little weaker as they are lesser figures to pull and they replace 3 figures with 2 illustration board. The small prizes are about the same. I would have hope that they combine both film red set together so it’s not so hard to collectors to get everything.

The Real Deal: If you collected all the straw hat crew for the first film red set, then you will need all 5 members from this set, although they are not easy to get.
Nice to have: As much as the Illustration Board is a weaker top prize, it is a nice prize after all, if you are a fan of the movie art, you can collect this, but no obligation, you can see if you have the luck to pull or win via double chance or casually get a buyout.
Collect only if you don’t already have: If you don’t intend to get all 10 straw hat crew figures, you can just aim for the figures that you are lacking for your collection or the ones you like.
Skippable: Similarly all the small prizes are not worth collecting, they are nice no questions about it, but you don’t have to collect them all unless you really like them, so just get the ones you want.
