Series Sequel: 47th Dragon Ball Kuji set. 3rd in 2022.

We have another Dragon Ball Kuji, at this point I think fans should get used to the common releases, that being said, this set will solely focus on the Android characters, so no Goku Vegeta, should feel fresh!

Prize A (2 pieces) / Double Chance

Top Prize Appearance: Debut!

Prize Rating:

Rating: 4.5 out of 5.

To kick things off, we have Android 16! The biggest figure in the set (at 26.5cm)! This series also feature Masterlise figures, so expect excellent quality for the figures! I believe fans has been awaiting for Android 16 to be featured, and here he is now! Glad there is 2 pieces of him to go around.

Also, he is a double chance prize, so if you cannot pull him, hope you get a chance to win him here!

Prize B (2 pieces)

Top Prize Appearance: 2nd

Prize Rating:

Rating: 4.5 out of 5.

Android 17 makes his return, his previous figure was quite a while ago in 2019, so great to see him being featured again! No fancy pose, just a good standing figure, compatible with every other Masterlise figure ever release! Those who hasn’t got their hands on his previous figure can look to pull this one!

Prize C (2 pieces)

Top Prize Appearance: 2nd

Prize Rating:

Rating: 4.5 out of 5.

Also making her return is Android 18, she also has a figure back in 2019 but I think newer fans wouldn’t really get their hands on that, so this is a good time to get an Android 18 figure! Again another good looking figure.

Prize D (2 pieces)

Top Prize Appearance: Debut!

Prize Rating:

Rating: 4.5 out of 5.

Wow, they are really going all out in Androids. Android 19 makes his debut here, he is a tall figure as well, and I would expect him to be a unique figure, but very generous of Bandai to give us 2 pieces so it’s easier for anyone to collect the Androids!

Prize E (2 pieces)

Top Prize Appearance: Debut

Prize Rating:

Rating: 4.5 out of 5.

Of course we are getting Dr Gero AKA Android 20 for this prize! He looks great as well and another cool thing about his figure is that he has a removable hat to reveal his brain. Nice feature and I think you are probably going to get all 5 figures if you are collecting this set!

Prize F (8 pieces)

Design: 3

Distribution: 1 x 2 pieces. 2 x 3 pieces each. Blind Box.

Prize Rating:

Rating: 4.5 out of 5.

Diving into the small prize section, we have Dragon Archive mini figures! We have 3 new characters being featured here! So if you are collecting this figure, you will want to get all 3 as well! Looks great and feels fresh.

Prize G (16 pieces)

Design: 4

Distribution: 4 x 4 pieces each.

Prize Rating:

Rating: 3.5 out of 5.

Next we have mask cover, since we are still in the pandemic, it’s good to carry a mask cover and how cool is it if your mask cover is a Dragon Ball design! All designs look great and have the retro art, it’s light and easy to keep, so definitely come in handy!

Prize H (24 pieces)

Design: 4 small 4 long

Distribution: 8 x 3 pieces each.

Prize Rating:

Rating: 2.5 out of 5.

So next we have towels, which I shall not say too much since everyone knows how bad a towel is, but at least the design looks okay, the long one looks fine, could be worse but we shall just accept this since the other prizes are good.

Prize I (24 pieces)

Design: 8

Distribution: 8 x 3 pieces each.

Prize Rating:

Rating: 3.5 out of 5.

Lastly, we have visual sheet, they are very big at A3 size, they are continuation from previous set so if you are collecting you can expand your collection with more great art, they all look great and all are from taken from the series.

Last Prize

Prize Rating:

Rating: 4.5 out of 5.

So if you are unable to pull Prize A, you can consider a buyout, it’s practically the same thing, the only difference is the logo on the chest which really wouldn’t make much difference. You can look for a 8- buyout or 15- with at least 1 other figures and some mini figures.

Conclusion

Definitely an above average set, all the Android figures feels so fresh and you can literally pull any one of the top prizes and don’t feel bad about it! The small prizes are decent, maybe the towels could have been better designed, but it’s okay, it’s a good set and Dragon ball Kuji doesn’t have to always have Goku in it!

Odds

Let’s calculate your odds to get the following with one ticket from a fresh board!

Chance to get a top prize (A to E): 10 / 80 = 12.5%, higher than average!

Chance to get a figure prize (A to F): 18 / 80 = 22.5%, good odds!

Recommendation

3 tickets for a chance at a figure or look for a good buyout if you are looking at completing the figures!

Collectibles? : If you already have Android 17 and 18, then just look for Android 16, 19 and 20, but hardcore collector or fans who want a better figure can look for all 5 figures. For collectors who are collecting Dragon Archives, do get all 3 of them as well as they most likely won’t be reissued. Also for keen fans, you can collect the visual sheet!
